Aging Male:

The onset of menopause in men is around the age of 40, and among its signs are; general fatigue & feeling of boredom.

Some of the general indicators of menopause in men are as follows:

  • Fatigue and decline in daily activities
  • Over sensitivity and acting irrational
  • Losing concentration and anxiety
  • Impotency and/or loss of libido ¬†
  • Loss of muscle strength, muscles & joint pains
  • Excessive sweating, increase in body temperature or hot flashes
  • Insomnia or tendency to sleep excessively¬†
  • Weight gain

In some men, the mentioned indicators are usually accompanied by reduction in producing male hormones, and some additional issues such as; inappropriate diet, weight gain and stress may contribute to cause.
